a) Induction liner is used to seal the lip of a plastic or glass bottle with heat based adhesive. Its main function is to protect contents in a bottle from humid, oxygen and foreign substances (Tamper evident) and to prevent spilling, extending the reservation period.
b) Liner consists of multi layers, such as Top Layer, Aluminum, and Seal Layer, and after punching the Liner with proper size, it has to be inserted to use.
c) The shape of it is round or has an attached opening tap, and there are two types of seal, Peelable and Weld Type. Peelable Seal Type is widely used for the convenient opening.
d) Application : Screw cap, One touch cap, Flip cap, Food, Pharmaceuticals, Cosmetic, Oil and Chemical products.
e) Basic composition : Top Layer / Aluminum / Seal Layer
Composition note: 1 PC induction seal can be composed with various materials or plastic substrates as this should be sealable at PE,PET,PVC, GLASS, PP, PS etc
